At the 16th Annual NCVD Annual Meeting, the 2026 operating budget of $12,850 and funding of the Road Maintenance ETF with $6,000 passed. In his remarks, Commissioner Chair Mike Jobin noted that since our 2013 inception we have funded $87,114 in road maintenance and $63,438 in road projects. A new Village District website was presented. It can be reached at https://villagedistrict.duckdns.org. The document tab has a password which you can get by sending a message on the Contract tab and we will call you with it. This password is given at the annual meeting each year. Let us know of any ideas you have to make the website more effective. The next annual meeting will be on April 24, 2027 at the Hall Residence again.

Mr. Corey Clark of the NH Dam Bureau reported that the big gate at Northwood Lake Dam was closed on 4/1/2026 and the smaller gate was opened slightly to provide downstream flow for aquatic organisms. The lake is in the process of refilling and should continue to do so. Lake front property owners now is the time for final repairs.
